Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• In their original packaging

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blondelab.com.
