Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders placed with BlondeLab are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), provided the items are in stock. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as transit times depend on DHL and destination.
Order Transit
Transit time for Switzerland is estimated at 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), while for Liechtenstein, transit time is estimated at 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). For international destinations including the European Union and United Kingdom, transit time is estimated at 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
Note: International transit times are estimates and may vary based on your local customs processing speeds.
Shipping Origins and Taxes
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Switzerland. For our customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the prices you see already include all applicable sales taxes, and no customs duties will be charged. For European Union and United Kingdom orders, we use a dynamic system to show the most accurate pricing for your region. Please note that for these European Union and United Kingdom deliveries, any local VAT, import duties, or carrier handling fees are not collected at checkout. Instead, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the local customs office or courier service upon delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns (other than faulty or damaged items), BlondeLab will provide customers with a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.
Shipping Costs
For domestic orders within Switzerland, we offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee of CHF 8.40. Customers in Liechtenstein also benefit from a standard flat delivery rate of CHF 8.40.
For our customers in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom, we provide a standard flat rate shipping fee of CHF 12.00.
Local Pickup (Zürich)
Skip the shipping fees! We offer free local pickup for our customers in the Montréal area.

- How it works: After placing your order and selecting Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready, along with instructions on where to go once you arrive.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within one to three (1–3) business days. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and plan for collection.
